The CDCP is available to Canadians of all ages who meet the following:
- No existing dental insurance
- Adjusted family net income under $90,000
- Resident of Canada for tax purposes
- Filed a tax return for the previous year
If you already receive dental benefits through another government program, you may still qualify. The CDCP is designed to work alongside other programs without duplication or gaps in coverage.
What Services Does the CDCP Cover?
Once approved, the CDCP can help with many common dental treatments, including:
